Our booking policy

Booking your appointment is simple. Browse our available hairstyles, select your desired style, fill in your details, and secure your spot with a deposit. That's it — you're all set for your dream look.

Your hair will need to be clean and streched out for your appointment (please communicate if your hair is short). We offer washing services at an additional cost.
A non-refundable retainer of R200/$20 is required for your booking and will be deducted from the total fee. Via EFT , PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD(contact us).
A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel . One reschedule is allowed per appointment and must be made within that month. No Show and same day cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
There is a 20 minute grace period - after a R100 late fee added to your total. Being more than 30 minutes late may result in a cancelled appointment.
